Our Employment team houses a group of legal specialists who have distinguished themselves within a wide range of sectors and industries. The team is cohesive and its members work seamlessly together in providing comprehensive and holistic solutions to clients. There are a number of senior attorneys within the practice group who have acted as judges in the Labour Court and as arbitrators in both private and statutory dispute resolution tribunals. Our practitioners have each developed specific expertise within the sectors in which Webber Wentzel practises; such expertise demonstrating a thorough understanding not only confined to employment laws but in relation to other regulatory instruments pertinent to specific sectors. The team has experienced an upswing in restructuring and retrenchment, transfers of undertakings, restraint of trade matters, health and safety. As part of our new workstream, we assist in business crimes and investigations.
