We have deep expertise in related areas like public-private partnerships, public procurement (and preferential procurement), bidding procedures and the treatment of tenderers, as well as all matters related to local/ municipal, and provincial laws and powers. We also assist with advisory and regulatory compliance-related matters as well as disputes and reviews.

We have been involved in many high-profile and ground-breaking cases in many courts, including the Constitutional Court, where we have ensured the protection of fundamental rights such as the rights to housing, freedom of expression, just administrative action and access to information. We have also been involved in many cases where we have successfully upheld the rule of law and have been centrally involved in various matters challenging State Capture.
