The team has expertise in advising on large scale restructuring/redundancies, TUPE transfers, trade union issues, industrial action, complex grievances, disciplinary hearings often with a discrimination element, whistleblowing complaints and Tribunal representation, board advice (including senior level executive terminations), discrimination and equal pay issues.

In terms of Employment Tribunal litigation, our success and continued substantial growth is due to a combination of our focus on practical advice at the pre-dismissal stage and the fact that we perform the vast proportion of our own advocacy - using our team of advocates, from within the firm, which includes three Employment Judges across the office network.

Our transport sector, Local Authority and healthcare practice continues to expand further with the addition of a new clients across these sectors.

We assist our corporate, commercial, commercial litigation, insolvency and education teams, giving us a very commercial understanding of employment-related issues.
