The Tucker Ellis Zoning & Land Use Practice represents clients’ interests in zoning and land use matters, including zoning permitting, conditional use permits, nonconforming use permits, variances, zoning text amendments, map amendments, and eminent domain matters. The team has more than four decades of combined experience providing day-to-day counsel on these matters.
