  • Leading the defense on behalf of Apollo Tyres in the tyre cartel investigation by the CCI;
  • Facebook/WhatsApp against abuse of dominance allegations before CCI;
  • Successfully represented Saint Gobain against pricing abuse allegations before CCI;
  • Reliance Industries Limited in a cartel investigation before the CCI;
  • Advised Lafarge in its global merger with Holcim.
  • Disney-Star in relation to their challenge to Google’s Play Store policies.
  • Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Resmed on competition law concerns.
