The Agricultural and Rural Property team at Trethowans is arguably now the largest in the region. It has built and developed a true specialism in agricultural and rural matters - being recognised in particular for transactional work relating to farms and estates; secured lending for banks; development work (such as promotion agreements, options, joint ventures etc.); agricultural and equine litigation; all aspects of inheritance tax and trust work, employment issues, debt recovery; natural capital and more.
