Our Real Estate practice group provides comprehensive assistance in the development and execution of large real estate projects, such as hotels and resorts, shopping malls, class A office buildings, factories, distribution centers, infrastructure projects, and mixed-use developments. We also advise on the acquisition of completed projects, through the direct acquisition of the asset as well as of the corporate structure used to explore this asset.
