Tommy Thomas resumed practice in September 2020 after having served as the Attorney General of Malaysia between June 2018 and February 2020 and continues to act as Counsel in a variety of commercial, contract, corporate, securities and tax disputes.

Alan Gomez’s active disputes practice spans construction, shareholder disputes, capital markets briefs, and cross-border disputes. 

Ganesan Nethi has a reputation in securities and derivatives litigation, and is also regularly sought after in strata disputes.
