- Litigates cases in state and federal courts as well as before various government agencies (EEOC, DOL, NLRB, etc.).
- Represents management before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in all aspects of union-management relations, including union organizing campaigns, representation elections, unfair labor practice charges, and collective bargaining.
- Conducts workplace investigations for public and private clients.
