Our Private Equity & Venture Capital team has extensive experience in domestic and cross border private equity and venture capital transactions, advising a wide range of national and international clients including private equity and venture capital funds and fund managers, sponsors,management teams, financial institutions and shareholders.

The team consists of experienced lawyers with expertise in all areas of M&A, private equity and venture capital, who are able to advise clients on the various legal aspects in the context of the complete cycle of private equity and venture capital transactions.
