Work highlights

Sidley Austin acted for Inalum on its USD2.5 billion multi-tranche bond offering, which consisted of separate five-year, ten-year and 30-year bond issuances.

Sidley Austin assisted China Evergrande Group in issuing USD6 billion in high-yield bonds within one week.

Took the lead as Hong Kong and US legal counsel to Yum China Holdings on its USD2.2 billion secondary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Sidley Austin advised Transurban in connection with its Rule 144A/Reg S issuance of the USD900 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.45% guaranteed senior secured notes due 2031.
