The Intellectual Property department is one of the most esteemed in Israel. Offering clients comprehensive services in the realm of IP, including but not limited to ongoing guidance in development, registration, management, commercialization of IP assets, as well as collaborations, receiving and granting user licenses, and transactions that include acquisition of IP rights.

The team boasts unmatched expertise in managing complex litigation in areas such as trademark and domain name infringement, copyright issues, trade secret theft, passing-off, & various commercial torts. The department regularly represents clients before relevant courts, including the Supreme Court, Registrar of Patents, Designs & Trademarks, and the Compensation & Royalties Committee — instituted under the Patents Law.

The department handles an array of transactions - such as license agreements, software, development and franchise agreements, dealing with the commercialization of IP, Information Technology, database registration under the Protection of Privacy Law, domain names, and more.

The department’s clients include public and private companies, as well as entrepreneurs, investors cultural institutions & non-profit institutions. The department also handles submitting applications for registration of trademarks in Israel and throughout the world by means of the Madrid System or in collaboration with leading firms abroad, and with conducting proceedings for examining and registering them.
