Meitar's Technology and Intellectual Property Group acts for clients in a variety of intellectual property and technology-related transactions, ranging from licenses, assignments and other agreements involving the development, commercialization and sale of intellectual property assets to strategic alliance and corporate partnering agreements.

We developed our expertise in technology matters together with the growth of Israel's technology industry in the 1990s. For example, we have represented Amdocs, now one of the world's largest suppliers of software to the telecom industry, since its inception as a small start-up. Our current clients range from early stage start-ups to large multinational corporations, covering such industries as software, hardware, e-commerce and internet, telecommunications, life sciences and cleantech.

We believe that obtaining a clear understanding of our clients' business objectives (and, where necessary, helping them to define these objectives) is essential to providing them with efficient legal services.
