The Firm has significant experience structuring, documenting and closing lending transactions governed by U.S. and U.K. law, and has experience in the design of complex multi-tier security packages under Colombian law.

The Firm designs and structures public and private capital market transactions for clients in the Colombian local and international markets, including bond issues, security listings, tender offers, securitizations and other financial products including derivatives. We regularly structure and document private placements and products, such as private equity and venture capital funds.
