The PIERÓG & Partners Law Office was founded in 1997 by the pioneer of public procurement in Poland - Jerzy Pieróg. To the Firm he brought his expertise in the area of public procurement, as until that time he had worked for the Polish Public Procurement Office, and as an arbitrator and the director at the Appeals Chamber where he had created the appeal system. Since then, the Law Office has been considered the leader in the area of public procurement law. The Law Office has 20 years of experience in assisting national and international business entities, contracting authorities, economic operators and governmental institutions. The team provide legal advice to economic operators and contracting authorities at every stage of the procurement process and contract performance.

The Law Office’s reputation in these fields is evidenced by the achieved results and its experience confirmed by numerous awards, references and recommendations. Every year since 2012 Jerzy Pieróg has been selected one of the best public procurement experts by Chambers Europe Guide.
