Our focus is always on working with our clients to help them resolve their labor and employment issues - including in litigation matters – in a manner that helps them meet their goals. To that end, we defend more employment-related lawsuits in Tennessee than any other firm in Tennessee; we have the strongest bench of traditional labor attorneys than any other Tennessee law firm.

Our labor and employment practice covers the full array of issues affecting the workplace, including class/collective action litigation, traditional labor issues, and workplace safety. We are known for providing our clients in Tennessee with the most up-to-date information and guidance regarding labor and employment law changes and compliance requirements through direct attorney communications with clients, written publications (blog posts, e-alerts, newsletters), seminars and webinars (including the Nashville and Memphis office’s bi-annual employment law seminars).

We also handle a substantial number of class and collective employment and wage and hour actions for our clients in Tennessee and elsewhere. We recently expanded our capabilities to handle ADA, Title III matters for our clients – both from the perspective of providing advice and counselling and defending litigation matters. In addition, several of our attorneys have been admitted to practice law in Kentucky, enabling us to defend clients with a presence in that state in labor and employment litigation matters on a regular basis.
