Ogier's Hong Kong office is best known for its BVI and Cayman expertise, however, the team is also able to offer Guernsey and Jersey legal services to clients in the Asia-Pacific region as well as access to Luxembourg and Irish legal services. The Hong Kong office works closely with our client service representatives based in Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo and Singapore.


Ogier provides clients with a full-service offering. The team focuses on international finance and corporate law with a particular emphasis on investment funds, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and finance. The office also has a private wealth practice, which advises trustees, high net worth individuals and families throughout Asia, as well as a dynamic partner-led dispute resolution practice providing a full suite of commercial and company litigation services and contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency capability.
