Ogier's Hong Kong office provides British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey legal services to clients in the Asian time zone, working together with our Beijing, Shanghai and Tokyo client services offices.


The team focuses on: 

  • international finance and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on investment funds, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and finance 
  • private wealth, advising trustees and high net worth individuals and families throughout Asia
  • dispute resolution, including providing contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency legal services 


We act for a number of leading global financial institutions, investment managers and corporate entities and are also instructed by many leading law firms and intermediaries. 


Our corporate administration business, Ogier Global, works closely with Ogier's partner-led legal teams in BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey and Luxembourg to incorporate and administer a wide variety of vehicles, including public and private companies, partnerships and trusts.
