Ogier's Corporate team in the BVI, and our BVI qualified lawyers in the European and Asian time zones, advises on M&A (including downstream private equity and de-SPAC M&A), pre-IPO investments, debt and equity capital markets listings and investments (including IPOs, SPACs, PIPEs and secondary offerings) and more. We work across all asset classes with a particular focus on real estate, natural resources, fintech and IT.
Ogier's Banking and Finance team provides advice relating to commercial lending facilities, acting for both lenders and borrowers, together with the associated share and asset security packages, structured financing and asset finance.
