Ogier’s Corporate and Finance, including Investment Funds, practice in Guernsey is comprised of three separate teams.
Ogier's Corporate team advises on all areas of corporate and commercial law (including regulatory matters). This includes advising on structuring, transactional matters, regulation, and ongoing corporate actions. Key

Ogier's Banking and Finance team advises all stakeholders across the full financial product lifecycle, from debt and other security instrument listings, to restructuring and insolvency, drawing on the complementary disciplines of Ogier's banking, structured finance, investment funds, corporate and commercial and dispute resolution teams to provide a fast and efficient service. Ogier's Investment Funds and Asset Management team provides advice on the full fund lifecycle ranging from formation, structuring, establishment, operation, corporate governance, financing, investor disputes through to management of liquidity, strategic investor arrangements and wind down and termination situations. The team also advises asset managers themselves and service providers to funds, such as administrators, custodians, depositories and directors. Key contact: Bryon Rees.
