ADVANT Nctm’s Antitrust and Competition Law practice covers the entire spectrum of the branches of competition law before the European Commission, the Italian Competition Authority (“ICA”), the Italian regulatory authorities (e.g., the Authority for Telecommunications), and national and European Courts. In particular, the department assists its clients in the following areas: (i) proceedings concerning cartels, anti-competitive agreements and abuses of a dominant position; (ii) notifications of concentrations at both national and EU level; (iii) actions for antitrust damages; (iv) assessment of cooperation, distribution and licensing agreements; (v) adoption of antitrust compliance programs; (vi) State aids;  (vii) FDI control and notifications (Golden Power rules); (viii) unfair commercial practices and consumer protection.

In the last 12 months our Antitrust & Competition Law team has gained new instructions from clients of the likes of De Agostini, IBM, Microsoft, Lega Nazionale Serie A, British Telecom, Frequentis, Electrolux, Brunello Cucinelli, Consorzio Nazionale Grana, Feltrinelli,Comer Industries, Beton Veneta and many others.
