We handle a range of industrial disease cases, including more lung disease claims than the majority of other Scottish firms. We sit on the Disease Sector Focus Group, an industry group for firms with considerable experience in disease work, which is part of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL). We handle a high volume of asbestos related disease claims, from pleural plaques cases to high value fatal claims. 

Abuse claims, particularly child abuse claims, is a growing practice area.  We have built up specialism in this through acting for the defendants in a large volume of these claims.

Morton Fraser are specialists in handing fatal claims and in the past year, we have handled fatal cases with a variety of complex arguments.
