Our services include providing compliance advice regarding governing laws and regulations; advising with regard to fiduciary obligations and responsibilities; counseling on investment of plan assets; assisting with plan design and funding strategies; preparing plan documents, amendments, summary plan descriptions (SPDs), and participant communications; assisting with the management and operation of plans (including internal audits); negotiating third-party vendor agreements on behalf of our plan clients; and providing assistance with benefits and compensation matters that arise during mergers and acquisitions and other types of transactions.
