About

Provided by Morales & Besa

Our Corporate and M&A has gained knowledge and experience throughout advisories to many companies, of a wide range of areas, such as infrastructure, energy, technology, mining, construction, among many others. Especially in M&A, we have advised different international bidders, private equity firms and local and international sellers in the most challenging acquisition processes in Chile.

We are positioned as market leaders in privatization, and we have advised in virtually all key divestments and sales of state-owned enterprises, and bidding processes for the award of concessions to operate state-controlled activities and resources.
