Our restructuring team provides legal advice on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency/bankruptcy and has been involved in some of the most important and delicate financial restructuring transactions implemented in Italy. With respect to insolvency matters, we regularly support financial institutions, Italian and foreign investors in insolvency proceedings (bankruptcies, arrangements with creditors and bankruptcy procedures). Thanks to our expertise in different sectors, we make the process as simple as possible, examining and solving all the issues involved simultaneously. 

Recent work includes:

Cimolai, a leading company active in the design, supply and erection of complex steel structures, in relation to the transaction entailing the restructuring of its financial indebtedness and a capital reinforcement. 

Comdata, a leading player in business process outsourcing and document management services, in relation to the rationalization of its financial indebtedness. 

Lenders to Ferroli S.p.A. on the review of the debt restructuring agreement and relevant ancillary documents as amended in 2021.

Lenders to Trevi Group on the negotiations for the rescheduling of its financial indebtedness pursuant to art. 56 of the new Italian Insolvency Law.
