Our track record includes representing originators, trustees, arrangers and placement agents in some of the most innovative and complex securitizations carried out in Peru, involving a wide array of asset classes.

We continue to set the benchmark in the international market when it comes to international issuances of senior notes and subordinated bonds under Rule 144A and Regulation S by Peruvian issuers.

Our corporate and M&A team is seasoned in transactions comprising equity instruments of companies listed on the Lima Stock Exchange, as well as in corporate governance matters and other legal issues associated with the operations of legal services companies, such as compliance with regulations issued by the Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) and risk management standards.
