Our group is known for both our transactional expertise and our expertise in criminal and civil investigations and competition litigation.

Our team, which includes some of Canada’s best practitioners in the field (two of whom have chaired the Canadian Bar Association’s National Competition Law Section, represents clients on the full range of competition and foreign investment issues, including:

  • criminal and non-criminal provisions in Canada’s Competition Act
