Marval’s oil and gas practice group has played a leading role in Argentina’s hydrocarbons’ sector for more than 15 years. 

Our oil and gas practice group advises IOCs, NOCs, investors (equity and debt) and oil services companies on matters covering the entire hydrocarbons’ supply chain, from E&P to mid and downstream, including specific LNG-related matters, and all other aspects of this regulated industry.

We are renowned for assisting clients with complex and sophisticated transactions. We have a particularly strong track record in the natural gas market, and have been involved in many of the high-profile disputes in this area.

Our oil and gas practice covers a wide range of matters including:
