Manokore Attorneys was established in 2010 and identified a need for bespoke legal advisory services with a corporate and commercial focus, with the long-term vision being that this focus would present an opportunity to take advantage of a country that would one day need to re-calibrate itself for the purposes of re-engagement with the international community. Initially, the firm’s core focus was “general corporate” work; however, over the past 4 years, and off the back of increased exposure and experience across different sectors, we have been able to expand our service offering and expertise to the market, as we have been involved in flagship transactions in the infrastructure, finance and energy sectors. This expanded service offering, and focus has led to increased recognition for the firm in the Infrastructure and Projects, Corporate, Mining and Energy and Banking and Finance practice areas.
