Recent highlights include advising Grupo Tanac on its BRL 340 million court restructuring and prior out-of-court restructuring of BRL 200 million; Tecsis-Sorosistem on its BRL 800 million restructuring; Grupo PCS Shopping Center on its BRL 750 million restructuring involving asset transfers; and Aqua Capital on the restructuring of Rech Group’s BRL 700 million debt and UltraCheese’s BRL 200 million liabilities.
