In early 2023 Linklaters became one of the first elite international law firms to be granted a licence to operate in Saudi Arabia. The firm's Dubai office has many years' experience advising on Saudi capital markets issuances, with a long history of involvement in major sukuk and debt capital markets mandates. The Dubai team remains closely involved in Saudi matters, bolstered by a growing capital markets department in Riyadh.
