They recovered $120 million for CDR Creances (an instrumentality of the French government) after a French bank was defrauded in a sophisticated international scheme involving dozens of shell companies to hide the collateral for a defaulted bank loan. They recovered $76 million in a construction defect and fraud case on behalf of a large energy company in an international arbitration.
