Our Venture Capital team advises founders and investment funds in Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, in strategic investments as well as the liquidity events of the same through mergers and acquisitions, or else through the public offer of securities.

From the structuring and formation of operative corporations, advise on the corporate, tax, labor, and regulatory matters that apply to them according to their respective business area, in addition to designing stock option plans with collaborators and advisers; preparing, structuring and negotiating the first round of investment with angel investors and venture funds; negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and other investment agreements; corporate administrative structures, internationalization of companies and the materialization of liquidity events.
