We advise startups throughout their entire life cycle. From the structuring and formation of operative corporations, advise on the corporate, tax, labor, and regulatory matters that apply to them according to their respective business area, in addition to designing stock option plans with collaborators and advisers; preparing, structuring and negotiating the first round of investment with angel investors and venture funds; negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and other investment agreements; corporate administrative structures, internationalization of companies and the materialization of liquidity events.
