Legalfly is a legal AI tool for contract review, drafting and discovery. The platform uses agentic AI to create automated workflows for these tasks, and integrates with Microsoft Word and Copilot, and works across multiple legal jurisdictions.
Strengths
The platform is amazing. There is a support team in case you run into any obstacle or have any query is super responsive and sometimes even provides tailored solutions. Without Legalfly, I would have to hire one or two FTEs additionally; so for our company this is a great value-for-money proposition.
The quality provided and time gains are top-tier. They have an agentic approach, automating some of our processes which otherwise take a lot more time. In our relationship meetings, it's clear that the team understands our needs and assists us in looking for further improvements. They have a good sense of the value of their tools within the lawyer and in-house market.
In case of problems or issues, we have a direct line and assistance is immediate. New updates are immediately reported and Legalfly is always available for our needs or extra tools demanded as a customer. Obviously, at the start of the partnership with Legalfly it was important to define our needs to have a maximum return of the tool. But Legalfly managed to provide us with solutions and tools even for complex aspects.
