That automation made it much easier in terms of getting the necessary information out of the business, which made it an awful lot more efficient. Other firms relied on the usual email, yes no, etc., whereas, with Pinsent Masons, you just clicked through. It was a lot easier. That really stood out for us.
Pinsent Masons has a strong legaltech and advanced delivery function, which combines the strength of actual finance lawyers for the substantive legal input and tech developers able to synthesise the requirements and develop an app promptly, all under the one roof. Pinsent Masons' tech team has great strength and depth and were able to shape and deliver multiple platforms for us at once, while also setting up their internal systems to handle our commoditised work. In addition, many of the lawyers, including our relationship partners, are very knowledgeable technically and were keen to roll up their sleeves and ensure that they understood every element of the tech development in order to make transition smoother.
