Latimer Hinks' work focusses primarily on family/wealth protection and strategic planning, probate, elderly client issues and trusts. The Team has particular expertise in dealing with complex estates and trusts for individuals, farmers, landowners and business owners. They also offer a full “trust service”, from creation, administration and management to completion of tax returns, trust accounts, including all relevant advice and compliance. Additionally, they offer a comprehensive “personal affairs” service for older/vulnerable individuals and the Directors are frequently appointed Deputy or Attorney where an independent professional is required. They have experience in acting on behalf of families, carers, Deputies, Attorneys and individuals who lack support and regularly advise upon long term care funding, frequently succeeding in recovering funds for clients.

The Court of Protection Team, led by Jennifer Quayle, handles contentious and non-contentious Court of Protection issues including statutory wills, removal of trustees and gifting.
