In Public M&A, we advise bidders, target companies, major shareholders, financial advisors and corporates in all types of public-company transactions ranging from takeovers to mergers, demergers, spin-offs and carve-outs. Our equity capital markets work covers advice to issuers, major shareholders and underwriters on initial public offerings, rights issues, convertible and exchange issues, private placements and accelerated book-built offerings as well as share buy-back programmes. In debt capital markets, we advise issuers and underwriters on all types of bonds, debt programmes and liability management transactions. We regularly advise corporates on corporate governance issues, restructurings and complex company law questions and financial institutions on a spectrum of financial regulatory topics. We also frequently chair shareholders’ meetings of companies listed on the Finnish market.
