About

Provided by Sperling Kenny Nachwalter

Kenny Nachwalter has a national reputation for excellence representing large public and private corporations, privately held companies, and individual entrepreneurs in plaintiffs’ antitrust cases. The firm does not accept class representation because we believe clients’ actual, particular and individual interests should be the foremost concern in the representation. The firm has considerable antitrust trial experience, separating it from many other firms in this area.

Although the firm’s antitrust practice includes defense work in federal and state courts and before government agencies, most of our antitrust practice is on the plaintiff’s side in which we represent clients with problems with competitors or suppliers. We have represented clients in competitor cases in a wide variety of industries, including Airline, Automobile, Dairy, Electronic Payments, Grocery, Insurance, Real estate, Rental car, Pharmaceutical, Publishing, Telecommunications, Transportation, and Shipping.

Supplier cases involve domestic or international cartels. We have been involved in the civil prosecution of most cartel cases exposed by the enhanced incentives in the United States Department of Justice’s Corporate Amnesty Program in the mid–1990s, including representing clients in cartel cases involving, among others, vitamins, citric acid, polyurethane foam, packaged seafood, cathode ray tubes, styrene butadiene rubber, lithium ion batteries, hydrogen peroxide, ferroalloys, and polychloroprene.
