Recent work includes:
- Advising Tatarstan Airlines, and the lead Reinsurer, in relation to all liability claims arising from the fatal crash of Tatarstan Airlines Flight 363.
- On behalf of Etihad we handle all claims worldwide, apart from the US, that fall under the Hull All Risk Insurance (“Etihad Policy”).
- Vueling’s sole go-to UK law firm for handling all civil proceedings covered by Hull All Risk Insurance (“Vueling Policy”), handling claims relating to personal injury and delayed/ damaged baggage.
