JNV's Banking practice includes providing, as engaged external counsel, continuous legal assistance in all aspects of the operations of one of the top three Macau commercial banks, in addition to acting as external counsel to other local Banks. JNV is also routinely engaged to act for Macau and non-Macau Banks in transactions.

Gaming

JNV's Gaming practive is extensive as the Firm has been engaged in the provision of legal assistance to Macau gaming operators, as engaged external counsel, since the liberalization of the industry, in 2002. We have acted as engaged external counsel for two gaming operators, between 2002 and early 2008, and since late 2008 up to the current date.

Insurance

Our Insurance practice includes providing legal assistance to a Group of local incorporated Insurance companies, as engaged external counsel.

Real Estate and Construction

JNV's team routinely provides legal assistance to real estate companies, mainly in relation to real estate developments, land lease concessions, sale and purchase agreements and promissory agreements, transactions, construcion contracts, as well as development of notable infrastructure projects.

Media and Entertainment

JNV acts as engaged external counsel for local broadcasting companies.

JNV is routinely engaged in the provision of legal advice in public tender proceedings, besides providing ongoing legal advice to several public sector entities.
