  • Legal counsel to an investment firm in relation to the acquisition of the entire shareholding of Best Assurance, a general insurance company.
  • Acting as lead counsel to Atlantic Lithium Resources in respect of the acquisition of multiple high value lithium companies and projects in Ghana.
  • Zeepay's acquisition of Mangwee Mobile Money, Zambia.
