We advise on all banking and finance matters, from day-to-day finance issues to complex cross-border banking transactions incl. strategic disposals & acquisitions, corporate restructurings & refinancings.
We have been engaged as lead counsel for many renowned projects, asset & acquisition financings in all fields of commerce, incl. oil & gas, trading, energy, pharmaceuticals, development projects.
We assist public and private companies in governance and compliance issues, incl. the development and implementation of best practices, avoiding conflicts of interest, drafting internal policies and codes of ethics. We act as external legal counsel to public listed companies and provide ongoing advice on disclosure requirements, filings with regulatory authorities, public offerings and capital market activities. We advise consortiums of local and international investors on preparation and submission of tenders and have acted as lead advisor by both concessionaires and the government respectively in some of the country’s largest privatisation projects.
