Dispute Resolution practice at INTEGRITES is represented by the following departments – International Arbitration, Cross-Border Litigation, Domestic Litigation and White-Collar Crime. Our team is one of the largest on the Ukrainian legal market in terms of capacity. It consists of 4 internationally recognised partners and more than 20 experienced lawyers who deliver comprehensive legal advice to international and domestic clients operating in energy, aviation, manufacturing, chemicals, retail, and banking. 75% of our clients are from private sector.

Our team represents clients in arbitration proceedings at all stages – from their initiation to the final award, as well as in arbitral award enforcement. We have unrivaled expertise in arbitration proceedings as representatives of the parties, arbitrators and experts. We represented clients in more than 100 commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the rules of the major international arbitration centers.

The Cross-Border Litigation team at INTEGRITES acts for international and Ukrainian clients in multi-jurisdictional disputes spanning across most of the countries where Ukrainian businesses have presence. We act as a lead counsel, co-counsel on Ukrainian issues or Ukrainian law experts.

We also represent clients before Ukrainian courts and state authorities in disputes originating from corporate, employment, tax, antitrust, banking and finance, IP issues.
