The team is well known for its advice within M&A tax, corporate tax structuring and reorganization; cross-border taxation; real estate tax planning and transactions; modelling and implementation of employee share schemes and similar incentive programmes; tax and VAT relating to municipal and state-owned enterprises, as well as for its ability to litigate within tax, VAT and transfer pricing. In addition, the team has further increased its strong focus on transfer pricing planning and compliance.
 
Our team is a leader for real estate taxation, where the combination of in-depth knowledge on both tax, VAT, and registration duties has been used to benefit both Danish and international based clients investing in, developing and disposing of Danish property assets.
