Herbert Smith Freehills acted for Star Hydro in an LCIA arbitration of a dispute against National Transmission and Despatch Company, which owns and manages Pakistan's electricity transmission network, under a power purchase agreement regulating aspects of the construction of the Patrind hydropower project in Pakistan.
