Through this practice, we have participated in the development of the most important infrastructure projects – road, rail, airport, energy, water among others – in Colombia.

Our advice on infrastructure matters covers the entire project cycle from structuring, selection, execution, acquisition, financing to conflict resolution of Public-Private Partnership initiatives (PPP/3P/P3), concessions, state contracts, construction contracts (EPC), among others.

It is a transversal practice involving experience and knowledge in matters of Administrative & Constitutional Law, Banking, Finance & Capital Markets, Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Dispute Resolution & Investment Protection.
