Our Dispute Resolution practice has an extensive career representing local and international companies, as well as government entities, from the preliminary stage of the arbitration to its completion. Our members have acted as experts before international courts in disputes involving Latin-American parties and as advisors in Colombian procedural, commercial and civil law in procedures before international courts. The commercial arbitrations in which our advisors have participated in exceed USD $5 billion.
