When a client is looking to buy a company, we prepare a succinct and easily readable due diligence report, identifying the risks associated with acquiring the target and offering clear solutions. Among our specialties are drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, especially shareholder agreements. Because of our experienced lawyers' negotiating skills and their knowledge of market standards, we carefully formulate agreements and ensure that our clients' interests are properly safeguarded and documented.
