In recent years the team have been involved in some of the most significant and high-profile cases in Wales including;
o    Acting for the National Assembly for Wales Commission in connection with a reference made to the Supreme Court by the Attorney General for England and Wales under section 112(1) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 in relation to whether certain provisions of the first legislation passed by the National Assembly for Wales (the Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Bill 2012) were within the legislative competence of the National Assembly.
o    Acting for Michael and Simone Cuddy in connection with a shareholder dispute relating to Neath Rugby which secured the future of the Ospreys regional professional rugby team. The case involved preparing a 60 plus page Defence in response to a 100 page Petition, completing an extensive disclosure exercise (including reviewing in excess of 20,000 e-mails), making an application under s216 of the Insolvency Act, a three week trial and two visits to the Court of Appeal.
 The team is also on the National Procurement Service (NPS) panel for litigation/dispute resolution which includes the provision of legal services to the Welsh Government and local authorities within Wales.
