Our Tax Department is well known for being the biggest and most comprehensive tax department in South Brazil but we also have a multidisciplinary team composed of layers who are experts on business law, including the corporate, contracts, civil and labour aspects.

Despite the physical location of the office being in the city of Curitiba, in the state of Paraná, our operations encompass the entire southern region (including the interior of Paraná), with emphasis on operations in the state of Santa Catarina.

Our team has developed several works in the areas of compliance, data protection, corporate, contracts, and regulatory. Our differential is to have a team specialized in these different spheres of the business world, so that all works are analysed not only from the legal aspect, but also from the business aspect. This is also easily perceived by the integration with the tax consultancy department, which analyses the tax, fiscal and accounting aspects of each project, guaranteeing our clients a complete and efficient analysis for their needs.

In the last year, jobs related to corporate issues involving legislative changes aimed at reducing business bureaucracy and the new legal rules regarding startups, as well as data protection activities due to the beginning of the validity of the LGPD penalties, were highlighted.
